Description
- Thorough bicycle wash
- Check for compliance with road safety standards
- Check and adjust tire pressure
- Check wear (chain, cassette, chainrings)
- Check that all screws are tight
- Check the thickness of the brake pads and discs
- Inspect handlebar settings
- Brake piston are pushed back
- Clean and lubricate the brake components
- Adjust the brake system
- Adjust gear shifting, check/adjust shift eye
- Disassemble and clean drive parts (chain, cassette, crank set, chainrings)
- Lubricate chain
- Check steering head bearings, check/adjust
- Check the wheel bearings for proper operation
- Adjust the play of the wheel bearings
- Check the lock nuts for tightness and play
- Test ride the bicycle (all services)
