If Snowboard, ski, biking or other related sports activities, he is impeccable concerning his advice, super helpful and himself an athlete (I think Snowboarder and now skydiver). I really enjoy each time I can come to his shop and discuss what I need, which can be often quite specific. Funnily to add he can also share a lot of background information concerning delivery times or repair technicalities (concerning e-bikes, which I don't ride).
