The Alpine Pro Split

Our latest collaboration with Clément Bochatay, was launched last season. It’s a split board that meets his needs as a big mountain rider but which also allows him to send tricks without difficulty. Its distinctive directional-twin shape allows to hover in deep powder, lay powerful carves but also ride switch. The subtle progressive radii shifting from effective edge to the contact points combined with mild Side waves bring incredible grip and power on edge, without creating drag or discomfort. The long and progressive tip brings all the float needed to tackle any amount of fresh powder.

Clément Bochatay has helped us develop and tweak our line year after year, testing our gear in the most extreme conditions. After several seasons competing on the Freeride World Qualifier, he qualified in 2017 for the mighty Freeride World Tour.

The Alpine Split is made of ultra-premium materials only: DNA Bioplastic Top sheet, Electra Graphite Base, Carbon Power Beams, Element Core, to name just a few. It encompasses more features and passion Borealis has ever put in a split board.
It’s a versatile big mountain split board which will be the ideal tool for experienced riders looking to move from steep powder line and to more laid-back freeriding.
It comes equipped with super light Phantom hooks for zero hardware movement and perfect board integrity.
